Is Dante routed properly through Dante Controller?
Check the Speaker Output level is adequately raised in Control Cockpit (if on Windows PC).
The TC Bar should be set as a Speaker and Microphone device if using with Zoom or Microsoft Teams. |

TC Bar is not showing in Control Cockpit |
Connectivity |
The TC Bar must be connected to the same network as the PC running Control Cockpit. They can be directly connected together over ethernet or through a network switch.
The PC network settings should be set for Automatic DHCP until an IP address is assigned to the bar.
Factory resetting the unit can be achieved via the pinhole Reset button on the back side of the TC Bar. Hold this button using a pin or similar for 7 seconds. Close and reopen Control Cockpit in the task tray.

HDMI not working |

Ensure the HDMI Output is enabled from Control Cockpit on the Device tab.
Ensure your computer (Mac or PC) is using the latest DisplayLink graphics driver:
DisplayLink Downloads | Synaptics Note that if using the Microsoft Teams Device Profile, the HDMI Output is disabled automatically.

Firmware update issues |

There are a number of firewall ports which need to be open for proper operability, including updating firmware. Please refer to this document for specific ports: Sennheiser Control Cockpit Specification v9.0
Try updating manually by downloading the firmware file from the TC Bar M or S's product page within the Downloads section. |
