The EW-DP receiver is a compact receiver primarily designed for use as a portable camera receiver.
However, it is a very convenient size for using as a wireless receiver on a guitar pedal board.
A little consideration needs to be given to the connecting cable - the output of the receiver is stereo unbalanced line level signal, whereas most guitar pedals expect an unbalanced mono instrument level signal.
A special cable would be required wired as follows:

Alternatively, the 3.5mm to XLR cable which is included in the box with the EW-DP EK receiver could be connected via an XLR to jack adaptor to the pedal.
The receiver can also be permanently powered via a USB power supply.
