You can update the firmware for your Spectera base station using the WebUI. If you haven’t already connected your Base Station to the WebUI, please see our instructions for setup here: https://help.sennheiser.com/hc/en-us/articles/27233743702162-How-to-Set-Up-Spectera-with-WebUI
Once you are connected to the WebUI and logged in, navigate to the Configuration tab at the top of the page if you are not already there. You will see the current firmware version under the Base Station info section. Click the arrow next to “More…” below this, to open the larger device settings menu.
Here you will see the menu section where you can update the Base Station firmware. Click "Update" and select the Spectera firmware file you downloaded from the Sennheiser site.
Once you select the firmware file, the update will start. You can see the progress of the update in WebUI, as well as on the Spectera Base Station display.
When the update is complete, you will see the message "Successful" in the WebUI, The Base Station will reboot after the update.
