Below are steps on getting a frequency coordination going in WSM.
- Open WSM. All your devices should automatically show up if on the same network and your network settings are correct. You can add devices by IP address using the System pane on the right half of your screen.
- Once verified that all devices are online, click the System tab and verify that Remote Access and Online Mode are checked
- Click the Frequency Manager tab, then click on Professional Setup.
-
- Note: IEM systems will use the Easy Setup option, unless the setup being coordinated is a combination of IEMs and wireless microphone systems.

-
- Once the Professional Setup Dialog box shows up, the Devices tab should be the first thing you see.
- In the Devices tab, you should again see all your devices that are online; pick one of the mic channels to do a scan with, and then click the Start Frequency Scan button on the right.
- Once the scan has completed, go to the Frequencies/ Bands tab. Adjust the Noise Threshold to -96dBM, and then click Analyze Frequency Spectrum, which will show usable and unusable frequencies.
- At this point you're ready to do a coordination- click the Coordination tab, and then click Start Coordination.
- Let it run for about half a minute or so, then click Pause Coordination.
- On the Allocation tab in the left box you’ll get a list starting with your current coordination. Click Allocate Automatically, then Send to Connected Devices.
- At this point your mic receivers should be coordinated and allocated with new frequencies.
- Lastly, sync your all your mic transmitters (and any IEM beltbecks) to their respective receivers and transmitters after frequencies have been allocated.
