What kind of management can Device Hub provide for Team Connect devices?

Device Monitoring Features
What type of monitoring does Device Hub offer for Team Connect devices?
Overview of device states, as well as errors or warnings.
Is real-time health status available?
Yes, see above
Are notifications supported, and if so, what types?
Yes, currently DeviceHub offers a daily status report email, notifying the user about devices that report errors.
How is log collection handled (e.g., how many days are logs retained before rollover)?
DeviceHub currently doesn’t offer a log feature, but we are looking into this capability.
User Access Controls
What options does Device Hub offer for user login management?Is SSO supported (SAML 2.0 or OAuth)?
DeviceHub offers SSO (SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0) and Multi-Factor Autehnication (MFA) via Microsoft Entra.
Sennheiser's own MFA solution will follow soon.
Can roles or groups be defined for access control?
DeviceHub offers Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Currently offered roles are Organization Owner and Location Admin.

What underlying service or platform is Device Hub built on?
- Microsoft Azure IoT Hub
- Microsoft Entra
Data Residency
Where is our data stored? Is Canadian data residency supported?
Private Data is stored on EU data servers. Non-private data is hosted across AMER, EMEA and APAC for redundancy and availability. Specific Canadian data residency is not supported.
Data Security
What encryption methods are used for data at rest and in transit?
Data in transit: DeviceHub communicates to users and devices using HTTPS, MQTT and WSS. Data is encrypted via TLS version 1.2 or higher.
Data at rest: Customer data is encrypted using AES256.
Security Certifications
What security certifications does Device Hub currently hold (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)?
DeviceHub complies with:
•General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
•NIS2, compliance when it comes into force in Germany in 2026
•Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), compliance when it comes into force 2027
