There has been an increase in fraud attempts involving the misuse of our company name or alleged employees – e.g. in emails, text messages, phone calls, fake websites or via social networks.
The aim of these fraud attempts is often to obtain payments or sensitive data such as passwords, access keys or personal information.
Types of fraud we expressly warn against:
- Phishing emails or text messages that ask you to enter data on fake websites.
- Spoofing calls, where our phone number appears on the display even though the call is not from us.
- Fake invoices or payment requests that appear to come from us.
- Misuse of employee or company names to gain trust.
- Social engineering, where fraudsters try to obtain confidential information by asking specific questions.
- Emails with forms or links that supposedly ask you to order or book goods or services – these requests do not come from us.
- Alleged cheque payments or refunds that purport to come from us – we do not issue cheques and do not make repayments via third parties.
- False compensation offers in connection with alleged campaigns, e.g. by alleged record companies or partner companies – especially in the form of cheques or bank transfers. We do not work with such methods and expressly distance ourselves from such practices
How to recognise genuine communication from us:
- We do not send payment requests by email or text message that are not part of an existing contractual relationship.
- We never request sensitive data such as passwords, access codes or bank details by email or telephone.
-
Our communication takes place exclusively via our official and known channels.
