Our Counterfeit Checking is an exclusive service to help you determine if your product is genuine or not. Our team of experts can examine your product to verify its authenticity and:

· Avoid potential legal issues or safety risks that may arise from using fake products.
· Protect your warranty and consumer rights in case of any defects or problems with your product.
· Support the fight against counterfeiting and piracy, which harm the economy and the environment.
While counterfeit checking can help you verify the authenticity of your product, it also has some limitations that you need to be aware of:
· We cannot check the authenticity of your product from pictures or serial number alone. You need to send us your product for a physical inspection.
· We cannot provide you with any compensation or legal advice if your product is counterfeit. You will need to contact the seller or the authorities for further action.
If you want to request Counterfeit Checking for your product, you need to follow these steps:
1) Contact our customer support team to request a counterfeit check
2) We will provide you with a service order number and return shipping instructions.
3) Send your product to our service centre using a trackable courier service.
4) We will charge you our inspection fee (between 66EUR - 179EUR depending on the product, or equivalent local currency) for the counterfeit checking service.
5) We will carefully inspect your product and determine its authenticity
If your product is genuine we will also give it a general service and return it to you with a statement on the service documents confirming it is genuine. The return shipping costs will be covered by the inspection fee. If we find any further faults with your product, we will provide an estimate for repair work to be carried out.
If your product is counterfeit: we will return it to you with a statement that it is not a genuine product. The return shipping costs are covered by the inspection fee.
