Memory Mic Compatibility and Troubleshooting Guide

The Sennheiser Memory Mic is designed for use with iOS and Android devices. It is not compatible with PCs or laptops.

To use the Memory Mic, please install the Memory Mic application which can be found on the Google Play Store or Apple's App Store.

Device Requirements:

• Ensure your device supports Bluetooth 5.0 (most modern devices supports this).

Connection Guide:

• Refer to the "How to Connect" guide available within the Memory Mic app.

Firmware Update Issues:

• If you encounter problems while performing a firmware update via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, it may indicate a faulty unit. Please contact your retailer for a replacement or refund.

Recording Issues:

• If you experience issues with your recordings, try changing the recording resolution from 4K to FHD.
• For audio recovery, navigate to the Memory Mic app settings and scroll to the bottom to access the recovery options.
