1. Download the appropriate file for your OS

Navigate to the Profile Wireless 2 Download Page. Once there, scroll down to the Downloads section of the page, click on Downloads. Click on Firmware Updates and select the most current and appropriate file for your OS and click download.
2. Unzip the file
- The file that is downloaded is a compressed file, so go ahead and extract the files. Once extracted open the folder, then open the Sennheiser update tool. It is circled in the graphic down below.
3. Update your Devices
- Once the Update tool is open, follow directions and it will guide you through the update process of the transmitters and receiver. You will connect and update one device at a time.
