- Service Price - a flat rate for common product repairs
- Estimate - you send the product to us for inspection and we will provide you with a cost estimate before commencing any repairs.

1) Locate your product using the product menu or search bar
2) Choose the service you require (warranty, service price or estimate)
3) Complete the form with all necessary details and submit your request.
4) Receive for an email containing the repair reference number along with instructions on how to send your product back to us.
The repair process typically ranges from 1-2 weeks with exceptions taking up to 4 weeks. Please allow some additional time for shipping and customs which is out of our control.
